How to Take Advantage of December 21, 2012

Tuesday, 18 December 2012 00:03 - Published in Tips

This date represents one of the many opportunities we have to achieve more in our lives, or better yet, to be more successful while we are alive.  It always means making a decision to choose the best option available to us at any particular time.

Beginning on December 12, 2012 millions of us who are awakened and receptive have decided to consider this day the ending of one period in human evolution and the beginning of a new period which will be experienced by a higher vibration level all around the planet and within each and every one of us.  This as yet, minority of people who are open to the possibility of transcendence and the experiencing of a better world in which life is so much more enjoyable for so many more should be a strong influence on the rest of us who are still skeptical and in doubt.  One thing is for sure….if we don’t expand our viewpoint in reference to “new concepts” we can certainly become victims of our own prejudice and self-imposed limitations.

The influence of emotions on sustainability

In our days we discuss the very concept of sustainability. Recycle, reuse, reproduce and  saving measures, propose to preserve the planet's resources and install a new order in the relationship of humans with their environment. But something important is missing. Something that is the spring that pushes us to act in a positive or negative manner about everything.

Dear readers I am pleased to present a global expansion of this measure:

Do you consider yourself an emotionally sustainable person?

How to overcome the challenge of bad influence

"Tell me who your friends are and I will tell you who you are."

This is an old saying, which can help us immensely if we become inspired and motivated by its meaning.

I know many people are constantly influenced negatively by others, simply because they relate to pessimistic, ignorant, and jealous opportunists.

What is curious about this type of situation is that we are free to choose to improve our self-esteem by leaving this kind of person behind, making new friends and deciding to become involved with a different energy and consciousness.

If you fit into any of the above examples, what would you do if you knew that you have the power and the strength to resolve these types of relationships, but do not use them?

What to give importance to

"Things are not important because they exist. Things are important because we ‘think’ about them." (author unknown)

What do you think about in your everyday life? How big are the problems or the solutions to the problems?

What do you concentrate your thoughts on? Those who offended you and/or gossip about you or the people that praise you and are always making you smile?

What do you think about most of the time? Which things give you importance in your life?

I know many people who think and talk about the negative side of things most of the time of their lives, in most of these cases these people have some form of depression, physical illness and/or muscle aches and other things like lack of appetite etc.

Is it worthwhile to wake up, sleep, eat and chat devoting most of the time to a subject which will bring anxiety instead of relief?

If, by chance, this is the case, I bet you are not happy as you could be.

When you are not happy, who is to blame? The person or situation you can’t change or YOU, who can choose to focus attention on what you deserve?

I suggest you pay close attention to your thoughts and internal dialogue as they can either help or destroy your ability to succeed in every way.

I hope you think the best possible way is being happy.

Yours in creation of happiness

What is your story?

Some people are told it is the end and despite the circumstances, they move things around and turn them into “the start” of something extraordinary – creating stories of not only survival but also of courage and contribution.

And you, what would you do if someone told you that was the end for you?

The competitive edge.  The desire to win. The determination to overcome any challenge, whatever it takes, winners will always find a way to overcome obstacles.

What is your story?
